Curran Architecture is proud to announce three new projects in the works across the greater Indianapolis area.
Renovated office spaces are on the way for Insights Consulting and Outside the Box, two terrific agencies that partner with and serve adults with disabilities. Both teams are moving into a 15,000 sq. ft. building that will allow for growth to better serve their clients. Their new location will be near 75th and Shadeland.
Construction documents are underway for a 3,400 sq. ft. Massage Envy Spa location in the new Broad Ripple parking garage. This will be Curran’s twenty-first project with the national massage therapy and spa services provider.
Keep your eyes open for Ossip Optometry‘s new office building in Zionsville. Ossip is constructing a 4,600 sq. ft. office building and will move their existing Zionsville office into a 2,900 sq. ft. space in the new building. The new space will allow them to utilize the latest in optical technology in an office that reflects the Ossip brand. This will be Curran’s fourteenth project with the Indiana-based eye care provider.
