New Upscale Retail Center in Arkansas

We have recently expanded our work out to the great state of Arkansas as construction begins on a retail building at Promenade at Chenal, a recently constructed lifestyle center in Little Rock.

Our 8,500-square-foot outlot building site is downhill from the road and presented a unique challenge in the design process. In order to attract customers to the retail tenants, our design needed slightly taller-than-average building heights that would allow retail signage to be visible from the road while not appearing artificially tall. To further create a sense of harmony and polish, the building exterior draws on the lifestyle center’s architecture for inspiration and features a complementary palate of brick and stone materials.

The shell of the building is scheduled to be completed before the end of the year. We are excited as our designs continue to expand into other states and look forward to working with more clients across the country.
