Crown Lift Trucks’ office is a 45,000 SF maintenance, distribution and office building located on the west side of Indianapolis. The facility is constructed of insulated precast concrete panels and is designed to accommodate an expansion which could double the size of the building. Our design makes use of the high profile I-70 location via a “glass box”. This feature will showcase the company’s products right on the edge of the interstate.
The office area design incorporates a more personal scale via a “colonnade” of precast panels and a glass vestibule. Creative use of color pulls in the company’s brand palette and allows the facility to stand out among others in the industrial park.
