This building was designed as a complement to the Emerson Pointe Retail Center (another Curran Architecture project) just north of the site.
“Four-sided architecture” was critical to the success of this office park due to the building’s perpendicular orientation to Emerson Avenue. Individual entries for tenants were designed into the façade to allow for an efficient layout without common areas. Our design also permits additional signage, an appealing advertising opportunity for tenants.
