Graybar Electric Supply Company selected the design-build team of Holladay Properties and Curran Architecture to design their new Indianapolis distribution center. The positioning of the building directly adjacent to the I-70 and Ameriplex Parkway interchange provides exceptional visibility for Graybar. The building features 9,500 SF of office space, a 1,200 SF retail showroom for contractors, and a 57,000 SF distribution warehouse. It includes 26′ clear height and an ESFR system to accommodate their racking system.
