The owner of this retail building wanted a more contemporary look than most other buildings in the area. The result is a design with corner towers, abundant clear and frosted glass, and up-lit cast stone pilasters. Building materials were selected to complement the store behind the Landmark Shops building. Light colors provide a clean, modern look and the red awnings offer visual contrast.
The building was situated with frontages on both Carmel Drive and Pennsylvania Street to maximize flexibility for tenants and increase signage opportunities.
