Markey’s Rental and Staging moved from a small, inefficient building into their new headquarters in the fall of 2008. The new facility is a pre-engineered building with 9,000 SF of office and 21,000 SF of warehouse space. The interior layout includes a mix of open and private offices as well as support areas for the field technicians.
The warehouse features an ESFR sprinkler system which allows for racking storage up to 24′ high for Markey’s audio/video equipment. The building’s structure was designed to accommodate mock-ups of lighting rigs for layout testing.
