Restaurant Design

For this project, Curran partnered with Gettys, a globally recognized hospitality design firm. The Marriott project included a 15,300 SF addition along with 11,800 SF of renovation work, including banquet room space, a new lobby, a porte cochere, office space, and restaurant.

This fast-tracked construction schedule was completed in just a few months, ready in time for the Indianapolis hosted Super Bowl festivities. The project was completed in phases during construction, so that guests of the hotel would not be impacted. The updated design created a new space that has the look and feel of a high-end, big city hotel.
