Office Building Design

The Purdue Research Foundation retained the design-build team of Holladay Properties and Curran Architecture for an 80,000 SF single story office building at the Purdue Research Park in West Lafayette, Indiana.

The design allows for flexible build-outs of office space for business incubators, as well as for established companies who serve others in the research park. The exterior features precast concrete panels with accent panels at the corners. The main corner entry incorporates a rain screen metal panel system and cantilevered canopy system. The infrastructure accommodates various types of users, from office to high tech R&D labs. Redundant fiber optics connect this building to the rest of the research park.
