For the design of this multi-tenant building outlot at Westfield Marketplace, we worked with developer Zinkan and Barker and tenant Ameriana Bank. Zoning requirements stipulated that the building be multi-tenant. Ameriana Bank, as the anchor tenant, wanted maximum visibility on the corner lot.
By situating the bank branch on the corner, the drive-thru lanes in the center, and additional lease space on the east edge of the outlot, our design accommodates both the city and the tenant. Selected materials complement the existing retail development behind the property while the bank’s barrel vault provides an easily identifiable design element for its customers.
